January 18, 2025 Reba had twins Charlie and Charlotte! We had no idea she was carrying two! So it was a surprise when we spotted two calves!

Our sweet Reba gave birth to a healthy baby boy today on March 11, 2023. Though we have been preparing the corral for her, we didn’t think she would have this little one today, but it never fails that our lovely ladies always seem to want to give birth in the woods on the steepest hill there is.

WORKDAY

Everyday is a workday, but today we prepared the poles to be fit for fencing here soon. We are working on sectioning off the farm and installing refillable water troughs.

Reba was a little curious as to what we were doing and decided to stroll in the middle of everything. Every now and then Bessie would peek around the corner and Rhett have no heed.

If your looking for a meal that is easy and healthy, then look no further. This meal includes: ground chicken, zucchini, pasta sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and a hint of olive oil. Add a little salt and pepper as desired and BOOM - dinner!!!

This meal takes about 35-40 minutes too cook in the oven. Your kids may not appreciate it at first, but if they help you make it and know their making boats for dinner, I assure you, your child will eat this delicious meal.
